When will I receive my order?

You can check your order status by signing in to Your Account > Open Orders. Check the Status column to see if your order has been shipped. 

Delivery time depends on your location and the turnaround time of your project. 

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email with a link and tracking number of your shipment. 

Will you send me free proof if I order?

Yes, we will send you the free proof even before you place an order. Learn more about our free file review.

Approve your Proof

  • Once you have placed your order, you will be prompted by email that a proof has been uploaded to your account 1 business day after we receive your Business Information.
  • When your 100% satisfied, reply to the proof email with Approval To Print.
  • Please note that when you approve a proof, your print job is sent to press. Once in production, changes cannot be made and turnaround time of your print job begins.

Can I refund my payment?

Can I change my shipping address?

To change your shipping address, please log in to Your Account, then click Dashboard. Click Addresses and Edit to update your address.

If have already placed an order but need to change your shipping address, please contact Customer Service. Please note that we can no longer use the new address once your order has been shipped.
